Clara Jane Sangster Pegues was born October 18, 1965 in Lauderdale County, Ripley, TN. Clara accepted her calling in the ministry under the leadership of Pastor Jesse Hardy with Zion Hope Baptist Church in Hernadon, KY.
Clara is a mother of four children, their names are Merissa Ligon, Tiffany Ligon and Timothy Ligon and the late Tara Shirelle Ligon. A grandmother of four.
